I have provided a simple, convenient, PDF Order Form that you can fill out on-line.  When finished filling out your order form, click on the little printer symbol at the top of the page to print a copy or two.  To save a digital copy to send to me as an e-mail attachment, use "Save As" to save the file to your desk top. That way you will know where it is located so you can attach it to an e-mail to me.

You have two options to deliver it to me:

OPTION 1:  Pay for the merchandise via PayPal, then send me an e-mail of your PayPal receipt and attach the electronic order form file.  This is quick and your merchandise will be sent out the same day, if possible.

OPTION 2:  Print out the Order Form and mail it and your check or money order to me at the address listed below.

Please download a "New" updated Order Form every time you place an order.

(I make changes often to offer you the best price possible.  If you use an old order form, the prices may not match and certain merchandise may be out of stock or discontinued.)
