John served in Thailand with the 388th SPS (Korat) 1968-1969 and the
635th SPS (U-Tapao) 1970-1972.
After
the service John worked various jobs until he moved to Tennessee from
Ohio. He worked for the Tennessee Valley Authority for 20 years, 14 in
Security, and handled a drug dog for TVA Security for 5 years. Presently John
is retired from the City of Knoxville, Tennessee.
He
is active with the Military Working Dog Heritage Museum (MWDHM) and is the
Project Manager on the Board of Directors.
John is also a proud recipient of the Warriors
Medal of Valor. |
