Subject: 35th K9 Taps Ed Bulkowski

Dear fellow Phan Rang,

I was just informed by Ed Bulkowski's sister that he passed on 14 FEB 2020.  Linda said she would send us some pictures.  I have been talking with Ed for a few years now and I knew he was ill.  He was always a lot of fun to chat with and just a great guy!

  He handled Juni-2B26, Buster and Marco. 

Ed, Brother, you will be missed.
