Biography: After RVN, in Jan 1973 I taught at the Patrol Dog School and then the Sentry Dog school until I entered the AFROTC program at SW Tx State Univ in 1975. Was commissioned and reentered the USAF and the SP career field in 1977. Security Police assignments include tours at Nellis AFB, NV; Cannon AFB, NM; RAF Alconbury, UK; Izmir AS, TU; and Torrejon AB, SP. For my last couple years in the USAF I cross-trained and finished my career as the chief of the Base Exercise Evaluation Team at Sheppard AFB, TX until retirement in Dec. 1993. In April 1994, I was hired by the Fla. Div. of Emergency Management as their Area Coordinator for South Florida. I worked for them until I was hired by Collier County (FL) in 2001 to work in their Emergency Mangement Department.
