It is with a heavy heart that I must report the death of John Sciascia on Sunday October 1, 2023. John was a loyal member of the VDHA and served for several years as our president. Our deepest sympathies go out to his wife Johanna and friends and family. Funeral services will be held at St John’s located at 123 Heath Street, Enterprise, Alabama Saturday October 7, 2023 at 10:00 am. A full honors military burial will be held on Friday October 13, 2023 at 1:00 pm at Barrancas National Cemetery, Pensacola, Florida.
