 Current picture 2010 Biography:
I made the Air Force a career. I was stationed at Hahn AFB, Germany 59-63 as a K-9 Handler. Returned to States, Andrews AFB, Md in 1963. Got married in 1965, one month after my son was born in 1966, I was shipped to Vietnam via a Lime Light project along with about 100 other dog teams. We flew over in three C-130's from Kelley Field, Texas. Most of us went to Phan Rang, others were spread out over Phou Cat, Tuo Woa and Plekau. Returned to Pease AFB, NH. Went back into K9 Section for about 8 months. Transferred out of K9 into Law Enforcement, became NCOIC of Investigation. 1973 received orders for Andrews AFB, MD as NCOIC Investigations. Retired from Air Force in 1979. Became a Police officer and rose to the rank of Deputy Chief and retired in 2003. Became bored and went back to work. Now Special Agent with the Office of the Inspector General in Washington DC. |
