In Memory of Ralph Thomas Ostuni 1948 – 2016 Date of Birth: Sunday, June 13th, 1948 Date of Death: Monday, March 28th, 2016 Obituary: Mr. Ralph Thomas Ostuni, age 67 of Holder, Florida, died Monday, March 28, 2016 in Holder, FL after a prolonged illness. He had been on dialysis since December and just lost his battle. He was born June 13, 1948 in Bronx, NY, son of Vincent and Jeanne (Seaholm) Ostuni. He was a US Army veteran dog handler serving during the Vietnam War as an MP with the 212th MP Co 1968-1969. He Handled Baron 9X04. He worked as a meat department manager for a grocery chain. He grew up in Sayville, New York and moved to Florida in 1976, settling in Holder 30 years ago. His hobbies included fishing and cooking. Mr. Ostuni was a hard worker with a heart of gold, very kind and loved his family. He was Methodist by Faith. Mr. Ostuni was preceded in death by his parents, and a daughter, Annett Campbell. Survivors include wife of 30 years, Darlene Ostuni of Holder, FL, son, Glenn Campbell of Ocala, FL, daughter, Shirley (Bobby) Copen of Hernando, FL, brother, Stephen Ostuni of Gulfport, FL, sister, Linda (James) Jarvis of New Bern, NC, 2 granddaughters: Marissa Copen and Amber Copen, grandson, Glenn Campbell, Jr., and a great-grandson, Trenton Copen.
