His dogs were mentioned during his funeral. The story of how his dog saved his live was told. He thought it was so unfair that he couldn’t save his dog when he was sent home. He often wondered what happened to his dog after he left. Terry Teeters passed away at the VA hospital in Omaha, Nebraska on October 30, 2014.
