Bud Wilkey March AFB, Riverside, CA Service dates: Jan ’55 to Aug ’58 807th Air Police Squadron, Sentry Dog Section First dog – Jugg (accidentally killed at March AFB) Second Dog – Saba Saba belonged to Army Sgt Jesse Mendez who trained me at Ft Carson, CO. When I went back to Ft Carson to replace my 1st dog, Jesse offered me Saba. I spoke with Sgt Mendez a few years ago, I believe he was living near Ft Bragg. Do you know anything about him?
