John Langley had the idea for the VDHA and Tom Mitchell made it happen. As a VDHA Founder Tom was the VDHA’s first Secretary-Treasurer, and editor of DogMan. He also served as President and was instrumental in producing the War Dog video and the establishment of the War Dog Memorial in Riverside and Ft. Benning.
